2024-2025 annual general meeting.

This year’s AGM agenda is as follows
1. Welcome Prayers
2. Two minutes of silence
3. Installation of conductor for the meeting
4. President’s Report
5. CFO’s Report
6. Secretary’s Report
8. Open Forum
9. Installation of new Trustees
10. Vote of thanks
Previous year’s AGM minutes and Financial Report will be emailed to
all the National Trustees and they will share with local Board and
Members. Please feel free to reach out to your local National Trustee for
more information.
We sincerely thank our Shree Ramkabir Bhakta Samaj of Southwest
Chapter for their kind invitation for hosting AGM.
*A special SRBS Session will be held at the venue immediately after
AGM.
